Does TeleIQ replace my receptionist?

No. TeleIQ supports your team by handling after-hours calls, overflow calls, and repetitive questions. It works like an always-available extension of your front desk.

What happens if TeleIQ is unsure about an answer?

TeleIQ is designed to avoid guessing. If it is not confident, it can transfer the call, take a detailed message, or escalate based on your preferences. You always remain in control.

Can TeleIQ book appointments directly?

Yes. TeleIQ can follow your availability rules and book appointments automatically during a call. Currently, TeleIQ integrates with Google Calendar, allowing it to check availability in real time and schedule appointments directly on your calendar based on your configured business hours, service types, and scheduling rules.

Billing & Plans

What happens when I upgrade my plan?

When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. • You are charged only the price difference between your current plan and the new plan. • Your billing date does not change. • Your used minutes remain the same. • Your remaining minutes are recalculated based on the new plan allowance. Example: If you've used 150 minutes and upgrade to a 450-minute plan, you'll have 300 minutes remaining.

How am I charged when I upgrade?

You'll be charged a one-time amount equal to the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan.

Do I lose unused minutes when I upgrade?

No. Your used minutes are preserved. Your remaining minutes are recalculated based on the new plan's total allowance.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle, and the lower plan begins at renewal.

Can I upgrade and downgrade in the same billing cycle?

No. Only one plan change is allowed per billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Yes. Additional U.S. local numbers are $5/month each. Toll-free numbers are $10/month each.
