TeleIQ Free Trial – Sign Up & Getting Started

This guide walks you through how to sign up for your TeleIQ Free Trial and start using your AI phone assistant.

1Create Your Free Trial Account

  1. Visit the TeleIQ website
  2. Click "Start Free Trial"
  3. Sign up using one of the following options:
    • Create an account with your name, business email, and password
    • Or continue with Google (or another supported sign-in method)
  4. Once completed, you'll be directed to your TeleIQ dashboard

2Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from TeleIQ
  2. Click the verification link
  3. Log in to your TeleIQ dashboard

Tip: Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or request a new verification link from the login page.

3Add Your Business Knowledge

  1. Click Knowledge Base section in the left menu
  2. Click Add on the top menu, choose Webpage or Document
  3. Add website URLs or upload documents
  4. Wait until the status shows "Ready"

Note: If a webpage fails to scan, you can upload it as a PDF document instead.

4Customize Your AI Settings

  • Customize your greeting message
  • Select your preferred AI voice
  • Configure business hours and call handling preferences

5Test Your AI Assistant

  1. Call your TeleIQ number
  2. Ask common customer questions
  3. Confirm that answers are accurate
  4. Review call logs and dashboard analytics

Free Trial Information

Your Free Trial includes access to core TeleIQ features so you can test call handling, AI responses, and appointment booking. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.
