Upload Documents When Webpage Scanning Fails
This guide explains how to upload documents to TeleIQ when a webpage cannot be scanned automatically, so our AI can still learn your business information and answer customer calls accurately.
Why Does This Happen?
Some websites have security settings, dynamic content, or login requirements that prevent automatic scanning. When this occurs, you can manually save the webpage as a PDF and upload it directly.
1Save the Webpage as a PDF
- Open the webpage that failed to scan
- Click Print in your browser (or press Ctrl+P / ⌘+P)
- Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination
- Save the file to your computer

2Go to Knowledge Base in TeleIQ
- Log in to your TeleIQ account
- Go to your dashboard
- Click Knowledge Base in the left menu
- Click Add → Document on the top menu
3Upload Your File
- Click the Add Files button
- Select the PDF file you saved in Step 1
- Click Open
Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT
4Allow Processing
- TeleIQ will automatically process and index your document
- Once processing is complete, the status will show "Ready"
- When the status is Ready, TeleIQ's AI will begin using this information to answer customer calls accurately
