Upload Documents When Webpage Scanning Fails

This guide explains how to upload documents to TeleIQ when a webpage cannot be scanned automatically, so our AI can still learn your business information and answer customer calls accurately.

Why Does This Happen?

Some websites have security settings, dynamic content, or login requirements that prevent automatic scanning. When this occurs, you can manually save the webpage as a PDF and upload it directly.

1Save the Webpage as a PDF

  1. Open the webpage that failed to scan
  2. Click Print in your browser (or press Ctrl+P / ⌘+P)
  3. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination
  4. Save the file to your computer
Chrome

Print → Save as PDF

Firefox

Print → PDF

Safari

File → Export as PDF

2Go to Knowledge Base in TeleIQ

  1. Log in to your TeleIQ account
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Click Knowledge Base in the left menu
